We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error made on our part. Please note, used pet bowls are not returnable due to hygiene concerns. You can request a return two ways. First go to your order and click request new RMA and complete a Return Merchandise Authorization request. Or message us using the contact form, please include order #, your name, item number and the reason for return. You can exchange the item, get another item or refund your card. We will email you instructions for for the return. Once we have received the item back we'll process the return. If there was an error made on our part, we'll email a pre-paid postage label to you.
