Placing Orders 

Orders can be placed anytime on our secure online store.


We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.


Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Processing times vary by product. The approximate time required to ship an item is listed on each product page. Once items have shipped, transit time is approximately 1-5 days. Longer times can be expected around holidays. Please note, personalized and made to order items that we make in our own craft studio (pet bowls, leash hangers) will require 1 - 2 weeks production time. 

Items in multiple item orders may be shipped separately. Some items will be shipped directly from the designer or maker.


We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error made on our part. Please note, used pet bowls are not returnable due to hygiene concerns. You can request a return two ways. First go to your order and click request new RMA and complete a Return Merchandise Authorization request. Or message us using the contact form, please include order #, your name, item number and the reason for return. You can exchange the item, get another item or refund your card. We will email you instructions for for the return. Once we have received the item back we'll process the return.

If there was an error made on our part, we'll email a pre-paid postage label to you.
